Every thing is made in rush and also the calculations for Energy Performance of Building are made with Aplications , in a high speed.This is not a bad thing in first but can make us as energy auditors to forget the basics , the PHYSICS of BUILDINGS and INSTALATIONS.

My name is DIMA AURELIAN , from Bucharest , Romania . I am engineer , physicist , programmer and energy auditor for buildings . More dates about me you can find in page About . In 2023 I created an Application for calculating Energy Performance Certificates , Energy Audits and others Energy Studies and Raports for buildings . After I create the application I start to sell and deploy it at different energy auditors from my country , Romania .
Because I am a very serious person and I do not like to take things in RUSH , I spent betwin 7 – 10 hours with eatch energy auditor to learn him how to use the application .
What I found in this years , working with them is that they FORGOT PARTIALY the PHYSICS of BUILDINGS and INSTALATIONS.
This was for me a big surprise . How can they work without knowing VERY WELL the PHYSICS of BUILDINGS and INSTALATIONS.
Here are the explanations :
1.Many energy auditors do not have this job as the primary one , it is the second or the third job for them . They do not have much time or energy to refresh their knowledge.
2.At the beggining , when they graduate a difficult exam for energy auditors , they knew well and understand let’s say more than 60-70 % of PHYSICS . In time because they use Applications for calculating energy performance of buildings they forgot large part of PHYSICS . Now , a part of them , are like robots and know only the cells of the Applications where to insert the dates and the Applications do all the rest and they get the Energy Certificate , Energy audit or other Studies or Raports .
As a countermeasure to those things I created in the website , of the application I made , a few more pages to try to explain as much as I can the PHYSICS of BUILDING and INSTALATIONS for romanian auditors . Also I created some tutorials to present in more detail energy performance calculations for buildings . After a few month I realized that the same problems have a lot of energy auditors of buildings from the whole world.
